Our Mecanum wheel is widely used in aerospace and military fields, as well as in civilian markets such as intelligent logistics and automobile manufacturing.

The max payload for the 15 inch mecanum wheel integration is extraordinary, around 4500kgs, Single wheel load capacity 1500kgs. Wheel reducer is integrated within mecanum wheel. 

We specialize in wheel reducer and integrate wheel together, separate wheel is produced through our vendor based on our drawing.

The roller bearings are combined bearings consisting of thrust ball bearings and needle roller bearings, capable of simultaneously withstanding radial and axial, say side impact forces. The nut is a non-metallic insert hexagon anti-loosening nut. Our Mecanum wheel has never received any feedback about damage or malfunction caused by bearings over the years in the market.

We have many kinds of internal structures, with different structures used differently for light loads to heavy loads.
